Our physicians believe preventive medicine is as important as the treatment of illness.  Preventive visits ensure continual monitoring of vital statistics, developmental milestones, and overall well-being of your child.  We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics' recommended procedures, vaccines, and developmental screenings. 

If your child needs a pre-participation form for camp or sports admittance, he/she must have a preventive visit on file with us within the last 12 months.  In some instances, your child may need a Hearing/Vision (3300) form and/or a Vaccine (3231) form.  Please call to request these forms and/or ask for them at your child's appointment.

Our schedule is open 6 months in advance, and we offer convenient appointment times throughout the day.  We encourage you to check with your insurance regarding coverage and benefits prior to your appointment.
