Vaccine Policy
At Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, we are deeply committed to protecting your child’s health through timely vaccination. For this reason, we require all patients to follow the immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Infants and toddlers must receive all age-appropriate recommended vaccines and booster doses by 2 years of age.

Children will receive additional routine vaccinations by 6 years of age.

Preteens must be up to date on their 11–12-year-old vaccinations by age 13.

Teens will receive their 16-year vaccinations before their 17th birthday.
Adhering to this schedule ensures optimal protection against vaccine-preventable diseases and helps safeguard the health of your child and the broader community.
